As Parenteral Drug Delivery Solutions Manager for Asia SouthLead generation for products and service business for HC with main focus on PDS portfolio mainly PLGA/PLA, Cholesterol, Lipids, Squalene, Formulation services (CRO and CDMO). Position mainly caters to Pharmaceutical companies working on Long acting microparticles, nano particles, Vaccine, Liposomes, etc.Account management.Technical and Regulatory support.Create strategy of growth for entire HC portfolioCo-ordination with global technical, business development, quality, regulatory and customer service team.Key Responsibilities :To strengthen contacts at customers and maintain organogram.Product and services promotion/marketing up-to first sales for new customers with main focus on RESOMER\xc2\xae, LACTEL\xc2\xae, PHYTOCHOL\xc2\xae, PHYTOSQUENE\xc2\xae, Lipids, CDMO services in Canada, Germany & USA.To conduct training programs on-site (customer lab/site) and off-site (seminars).To understand customers project pipeline and future strategy and prepare internal strategy accordingly.To resolve quality, technical and regulatory queries of the customers.This job accounts up-to 50% travel.To ensure safety at work for customer/visitor during customer trials/visit.To work proactively with all the sales /technical colleagues to understand common technical problems/requirement & to develop future strategies to support customers issues and simplify complex problems.To be point of contact with global technical colleagues/PL on new product launch.To work with customer service team on maintenance of commercial and sample inventoryAdditional job responsibilities Quality ResponsibleRegistered Pharmacist at WarehouseSignatory for InvoicingQualification & experience required:Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics with minimum 3 years experience in complex long acting Parenteral formulation development.Experience in vaccine formulation development will be an advantage.Area of Expertise:Parenteral Dosage Forms with experience in RESOMER\xc2\xae/LACTEL\xc2\xae based development, scale-up, tech-transfer and manufacturing.Complex Parenterals with experience in Microparticles, Implants & Liposomes.Proficiency in English & Hindi language is must.Proficiency in any one regional language like Gujarati/Marathi/Telugu is advantage.Travelling: Up-to 50%Behavioral Attributes: Possess technical sales acumen, Self-motivated and enthusiastic, Target Oriented, Team Player, Intercultural mix, Good and clear communication, Open to new Ideas /propose new ideas.Your ApplicationTo ensure that your application is proceeded as quickly as possible and to protect the environment, please apply online via our .
