•Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Talent Supply Chain•

•In this role, we are looking for a visible change advocate who will passionately care about making this mission happen in the assigned functional areas within the supply chain - demand setup, supply visibility, onboarding, background checks, internal redeployment to enable timely demand fulfilment•

•Responsibilities:•

• •The candidate for this role displays intellectual curiosity and a passion to drive big organizational changes.•
• •Understand As-Is process & data related to the functional area within Talent Supply Chain globally•
• •Create detailed process, policy & system design documents which will become a base for the new ERP implementation for the functional area•
• •Identify opportunities to simplify and align to the global process design for the functional area•
• •Conduct Gap analysis and create a change journeys / solution implementation roadmap across process, data and systems over the next 18-24 months till the new ERP•
• •Work closely with Talent Supply Chain Transformation Leader for the functional area and drive execution of solution implementation roadmap•
• •Drive change across various business stakeholders to support adoption of the solutions•
• •Seed external breathing in the way we solve challenges across the functional area•
• •Support new ERP solution build to automate the standard global process design for the regions & relevant businesses•
• •and board members, to present technology strategies, progress updates, and future plans.•
• •Risk Management: Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities related to technology implementations. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, security protocols, and compliance measures to safeguard intellectual property.•


•Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications •Solid problem solving, critical thinking & analytical skills•
• •Exposure to HR process simplification and Tech implementations in HR•
• •Experience of working with senior stakeholders•
• •Excellent relationship management & influencing skills•
• •Storytelling & Executive presence•
• •Experience in using lean six sigma & design thinking is preferred•

•Excellent Program Management skills & proven execution rigor reflected through medium to large scale change initiatives•
