Job Overview: Incumbent will be responsible to:
o Design and implement identified hi-potential development journeys (Ignite, Ascend)
o Enable career experiences and development of hi-potential employees and identified successors
o Benchmarking, branding and automation of Talent Management processes
o Design and program manage identified Leadership Development / L&D programs (E.g. Summit / ScaleUp / Functional Academies / Leadership Academy )
Key Stakeholders: Internal CHRO, Business HR Heads, HR Business Partners, L&D COE, Business Learning Leaders & Talent SPOCs
Key Stakeholders: External Consulting firms in the space of assessment, learning & development and HR technology , training providers, executive education and continuing education providers, external professional bodies
Reporting Structure Reporting Manager: Chief Manager - Talent Management

Experience
4-5 years of experience of working in L&D / TM/ OD
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: o Strong program management skills
o Strong stakeholder management skills
o Ability to manage multiple interventions simultaneously
o Ability to conceptualize and strategize and new projects, while balancing the focus on execution
o Ability to work with global stakeholders
