- Ensuring excellence in employee Induction.
- Attrition Management.
- Employee Engagement Strategy & Implementation.
- Design & Implement Performance Management system- Plant & Corporate
- Leadership Development Programs.
- Competency Framework.
- Knowledge of Assessment Tools.
- Compensation Bench-marking & Grade Band Exercise.
- Positive candidate experience in Induction
- Supervise Team to achieve Talent Management Goals.
- Posses extensive knowledge of HRMS- PMS, Engagement & Learning & Development.
- Responsible for Reward & Recognition - Sales & Corporate
- Must have to Develop Behavioral Competency of all Employees.
- Create and present KPI reports and analytics
- Lead employer branding initiatives
