Job Family Descriptor Present in more than 200 countries and territories around the world Serves over 7,000 customers globally that represent over 300 of the Fortune 500 Connects 4 out of 5 mobile subscribers worldwide Connects businesses to 60% of the world\'s cloud giants Operates the largest wholly owned and most advanced subsea fibre network which underpins the internet backbone, where its network carries around 30% of the world\'s internet routes Its Internet of Things network in India will be the world\'s largest network of its kind, spanning nearly 2,000 communities and touching over 400 million people Listed on both the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India with a market capitalisation of USD 2.72 bn Key Responsibilities This is a global CoE / corporate role, working in close cooperation with the Human Resource Business Partners and other CoE functions to ensure design and deployment of Talent Management, Employee Engagement and Recognition frameworks Key work areas include Performance Management, Talent Management Polices and Process / systems, Employee Engagement Surveys and Recognition framework and systems and large-scale change management projects Develop, design and implement the above partnership with business leaders. Increases organizational capability by creating best-in-class processes and systems Support development and design projects end-to-end either directly or through facilitation of external resources / consultants. Ensure quality execution and change management through a hands-on approach to the design and delivery of talent management and development projects. Build a reputation for quality and impact. Ensure that systematic methods of measuring quality and impact are in place. Uses data to identify trends, patterns, issues and opportunities that impact the business. Gathers and analyses data to identify root causes of issues and trends. Ensures knowledge transfer throughout HR of projects, building up sustainability of defined processes across the organization Technical Competencies Understanding of contemporary talent management concepts Ability to conceptualize, design frameworks and processes keeping in mind the big picture and also proven implementation capability working with multiple stakeholders High proficiency in Data Analytics and management Ability to conduct primary / secondary industry benchmarking of HR processes/ practices Ability to work in a dynamic multicultural environment, engage with leadership roles and have tolerance to ambiguity. Minimum qualification & experience Min Qualification: MBA HR 4-6 years of experience in Talent Management/corporate HR / HR consulting / HRBP role Articulate and persuasive communicator, in writing and orally Excellent interpersonal and influence skills Senior level presentation and facilitation skills Knowledge / Skills
