PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Implement defined TA SOPs, guidelines to attract high quality candidates in alignment with HR strategy
• Analyze and provide insights on TA approach alignment with ongoing trends such as diversity, sourcing strategies, etc.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, HRBPS and senior leadership to understand current and future talent requirements, defining actionable recruitment strategies to fulfil the position
• Handle leadership hiring, headhunting or through executive search agencies.
• Sourcing, Screening & Interviewing candidates for open positions using various channels like job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, internal job postings etc.
• Salary negotiation and communicating the total rewards framework to the candidate
• Managing and improvising the applicant tracking system to keep candidate records organized.
• Schedule, coordinate and facilitate interviews, assessments, and other selection activities, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the recruitment processes and timelines adhering to established protocols and procedures, maintaining consistency and reliability throughout the recruitment journey.
• Monitoring & analyzing recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process
• Using Gen AI tool to create hiring campaigns and create talent pipeline of active & passive candidates
• Market mapping of talent with respect to current & upcoming skill requirements in the organization
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES
• Understanding of engineering principles and concepts relevant to the automotive industry. Understanding of hiring in Sales/ R&D/ IT domain
• Ability to interpret technical job descriptions and requirements, discerning the specific skills, qualifications, and experience needed for engineering positions.
• Proficiency in evaluating candidates' technical competencies, qualifications, and relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders, hiring managers, to gather comprehensive requirements and insights for talent acquisition purposes.
• Proven track record in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and attracting top talent in a competitive market.
• Proficiency in utilizing recruitment technologies and social media platforms to enhance candidate sourcing and engagement.
• Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and selection processes.
• Understanding of compensation structure and rewards framework
QUALIFICATION
• MBA - Tier 1/2 , B. Tech in under graduation is preferred
