The purpose of your role will be to manage the Talent Acquisition (recruitment) for R&D functions to ensure on-boarding of the right talent in a cost effective way. In addition, you will also work on Talent Acquisition process improvement by maintaining check on consultant quality, using social media networking to improve brand pullA purpose driven role for youYour key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Strategize for timely closure of position for Business, critical roles as per business needs and to sustain market share - Sourcing strategy, recruitment process, candidate management, on-boarding, etc
2. Execute Talent Acquisition budget as per plan to maintain cost-effectiveness
3. Leveraging internal & external sources to maintain healthy source-mix
4. Actively connect & manage stakeholders, conduct weekly TA COE catchups, sharing hiring updates with Functional Heads, consultant performance management, etc
5.
