The incumbent also supports the Talent Acquisition Lead in enabling the recruitment strategy efforts for the site and maintaining the document health for various audits.Key Responsibilities

• Market Intelligence and Benchmarking
• Publishing Recruitment dashboards
• Sourcing from Job boards and Social Media
• Social Media Hiring, Passive Candidate Search

Desired Profile:

• MBA/ PGDM in Human Resources is preferred
• At least 3-5 years of recruitment experience in a reputed organization
• High on integrity, trustworthiness, and collaboration
• Excellent business acumen and the ability to think and act strategically in the deployment of various Talent Acquisition programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills: the ability to build and manage relationships and influence change.
• Comfortable to challenge the status quo with a passion to deliver results in a dynamic environment
• Should have strong analytics and capability to manage large candidate databases, presentation and interpersonal skills, negotiation & Conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrated experience of working with ATS systems to manage digital recruitment processes on system (Eg. Workday)
• The role is based on site and will require incumbent to be based in Hyderabad
