We\'re seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Global HR Team. Reporting directly to the Head of HR & Operations, you will be instrumental in shaping and leading our talent acquisition strategy. You\'ll be responsible for creating and implementing effective recruitment plans, enhancing our employer branding, and refining our hiring processes to ensure a smooth experience for candidates. Working closely with the India Delivery Head and other functional/practices leaders, you\'ll partner with them to understand and fulfill their staffing needs across a broad range of technical and non-technical roles. You will provide support and guidance to both the TA team members and the hiring managers to ensure their hiring objectives are met. Your efforts in leading our recruitment strategy will not only enhance our brand in the IT Services / Consulting industry but also help us attract and retain the talent necessary for our continued growth. What you will do
  • In a Player-Coach role, execute recruitment strategies tailored to the unique demands of the tech consulting industry, ensuring a wide reach to diverse, top-tier talent.
  • Work in partnership with department heads and hiring managers to clearly understand and meet staffing needs, managing the recruitment process end-to-end.
  • Utilize recruitment software and platforms to streamline hiring processes, monitor candidate progress, and gather analytics for strategic decision-making.
  • Manage strategic sourcing strategies for priority talent segments, ensuring a robust pipeline of candidates.
  • Handle the negotiations and salary packages for offers in accordance with company salary banding.
  • Own end to end talent acquisition function including team management, process management & improvement, and all compliance requirements for the function.
  • Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, fostering an environment of growth and learning and cultivating a culture of recruitment excellence.
  • Continuously innovate the recruitment process by leveraging new technologies and best practices, aiming to enhance the overall candidate experience.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in tech recruitment, software development, data & AI solutions, and business applications \xe2\x80\x93 specifically Salesforce & Microsoft Dynamics to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements
  • Provide insights to business regarding industry trends, competitors and the consequent impact on talent landscape and recruitment strategy.
  • Resourcefulness to develop and implement recruitment programs ensuring effectiveness, consistency, and compliance with overall strategic planning.
  • Ensure key business stakeholders are delighted with the right talent acquisition partnership model.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a significant focus on technical recruitment in a mid-sized IT Services / Consulting firm.
  • 3+ years of experience leading a team of technical recruiters in a mid-sized IT Services / Consulting firm.
  • Experience working in every stage of Talent acquisition, from planning, sourcing, screening, interviews and offer.
  • Results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers on key objectives.
  • Strong passion for recruitment, with a creative and proactive approach to attracting and engaging top technical talent.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling talent acquisition efforts in a growing IT Services / Consulting firm.
  • Collaborative team player who can effectively engage and motivate the team and drive high performance.
  • Excellent & confident communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experienced in designing and implementing meaningful metrics, processes, and tools to measure and continuously improve the efficiency of the Talent Acquisition function.
  • Proficiency with HR software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and LinkedIn Recruiter, with a knack for leveraging social media and professional networks in recruitment efforts.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in related field, and formal education in Human Resources.
