About the Role: The Manager, Talent Acquisition plays a key role in the development of our Talent Partners and Talent Sourcers in addition to building a recruitment strategy that supports one or more departments at Rubrik. Our Talent team helps fuel Rubrik's success by attracting and connecting talented professionals who can help drive scalability and growth to the organization. As a Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for the hiring, training and day to day management of Talent Acquisition Partners and Talent Sourcers (Talent Scouts). You will coach and guide your team as you collaborate on the development and execution of talent strategies to meet the hiring goals of the departments supported. In addition, you will collaborate and consult with departmental leaders, People Partners and other internal stakeholders to provide a customer-centric partnership that drives the organization’s commitment and scalability of growing the organization with diversity and inclusion at the forefront. About You
  • Has experience with full life-cycle recruitment, and has evidenced strong partnerships with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders
  • Understands the importance of creating a positive customer experience, to include behaviors that evidence a positive candidate experience as well as a collaborative hiring manager partnership.
  • Understands the organization’s value, and can articulate that value to candidates, talent prospects and your peers
  • Is a brand ambassador for the organization; believes in the company’s mission
  • Evidences strong internal networking and problem solving; is often proactive in solving challenges
  • Leverages a data-backed approach when communicating with business leaders about challenges to hiring and partners with internal teams to help drive solutions
  • Is able to accurately forecast quarterly hiring projections for the departments their team members support
  • Has a level of agility and drive necessary to support a high growth company
  • A proactive leader who is sought out by peers for guidance and support
  • Maintains confidentiality and can articulate and support company and departmental processes and procedures

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of people management experience, preferably in a technology company.
  • 5 years’ experience recruiting for a wide variety of roles within Product and Technology organizations.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working on cross-functional projects with a number of different internal or external stakeholders
