Job Description

The position covers responsibility for a Large Conglomerate Group\'s internal and external communications on sustainability including development and execution of an ESG comms strategy and campaigns with SMEs, public relations, internal portal and website, and social media communications.

Key Responsibilities

- Creating and managing internal and external communication messages, serving as an implementation partner to Group Sustainability Cell\'s (GSC) leadership, providing communication counsel and support.

- Developing communication campaigns (E-mailers & A/V) and related E-Newsletters aligned to the implementation and education goals of different ESG topics overseen by the GSC SMEs.

- Managing digital and electronic marketing communications, including internal portal, external website and social media content development (in consultation with Group Corp Comm team), maintenance and translation.

- Support drafting, reviewing, improving and publishing (in coordination with relevant Group Functions and different Businesses and the external vendor) on time the regular Group level ESG/ Sustainability Performance Report

- Creating surveys to gauge understanding and reception and monitor changes in attitude and competency.

- Managing with Group Learning Center - the communication and monitoring of Sustainability related E-learning packages.

- Draft specific narrative content for sustainability reports, trends report, and other ESG related communications and lead or provide advisory support in professional design and layout of such reports and communications.

- Perform deep reviews of ESG related policy documents, industry reports, directives, legislative proposals etc and prepare executive summaries for the senior management team.

- Support GSC Head Sustainability & Group CSO on ad hoc internal and external ESG related presentations.

- Support GSC head to plan and organize the annual sustainability conference and summits and other ad hoc events for mainstreaming ESG in the Group.

Skills/Experience:

- Relevant bachelors degree and above (or equivalent training), with a demonstrated interest/experience in Communications/ Sustainability or ESG issues and themes is required.

- 6+ years\' experience working in a related or relevant field.

- Familiarity with sustainability reporting writing initiatives

- Diverse experience across sustainability risks & opportunities and best practice implementation.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to build meaningful relationship and conduct sustainability reports along with presentation, and negotiating skills, to engage well with all related stakeholders.

- Results driven self-starter, able to manage several projects in a fast-paced dynamic finance environment.

- Ability to prioritize a dynamic workload and effectively meet deadlines.
