: Business: Piramal Pharma Limited Department: IR and Sustainability Location: Kurla, Mumbai Travel: Moderate Job Overview Support in driving the sustainability and ESG agenda, objectives, goals, and programmes by coordinating with different business & functional teams and external consultants Deliver on Sustainability Report annually in-line with global standards Data collection on ESG goal from different business and functional teams Analysis and presenting suitability data at internal and external events / conference Support in participating and responding to various rating companies like CDP, DJSI, MSCI, Refinitiv, Sustainalytics Assist in tracking of global best practices and developments around ESG and Support in organising sustainability committee meetings and reporting progress Reporting Structure Role reports to Chief Investor Relations Officer Experience Around 5 -6 years of relevant experience in ESG / Sustainability / Investor Relations Excellent written & verbal communication. Should be good at making presentations Ability to work in a matrix organization with confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Comfort with Financial concepts as well as key metrics and trends in the domain of sustainability Sustainability Help in coordinating the organization\'s Sustainability journey Acting as a bridge between the businesses, corporate leadership, and external consultants. Assist in preparing sustainability communication materials and helping top management to make effective communication to stakeholders Assist in preparing responses and documentation for various customer and other stakeholder queries regarding Sustainability End to end development of Sustainability Report, right from concept to content creation and design Maintaining awareness of current trends in sustainability projects and practices, as well as exchanging news and alerts with management. Assist in benchmarking KPIs and Case Studies with peers to assess our sustainability activities and practices and identify areas where improvements can be made Monitoring the effectiveness of sustainability programs and making adjustments. Enabling harmonious progress on sustainability targets by monitoring, collation & reporting of data Investor Relations Help in preparing for roadshows, investor conferences and various other events Aid in improving the quality of investor communication through website, presentations etc. Assist in the arrangement of conference calls, investor/analyst meetings, one-on-one and group meetings, and the dissemination of essential feedback to management. Effectively responding to Investor/Analyst concerns Assist in developing the communication to address analyst requirements in a proactive manner. Assist in preparing quarterly/annual earnings press releases, result presentations and investor presentations Preparing Talk Tracks, Q&A documents, etc. for the Management Assisting in creation of high-quality Annual Report in a timely fashion Providing management with feedback on how the investment community views the company\'s management and financial results, among other things. Present the investor/analyst community\'s viewpoints to the top management team Assist in identifying and benchmarking best-in-class annual reports across the world as well as brainstorming new and unique ideas Help in benchmarking Investor Relations practices with various top global companies and guide the team in implementing the same Assist in the development of financial models and perform various competitive analysis and benchmarking of the company relative to Indian and global peers Independently tracking industry as well as peer performances and carrying out detailed sector research for Top Management Help in carrying out detailed shareholding analysis for the top management team
