As a Manager - Supply at FCM India, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our network of supply partners across various domains, including Air, Insurance, Visa, and GDS. This position involves identifying new opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing partners, and ensuring their needs are met to deliver the best outcomes for our customers. You will work closely with internal teams and be empowered to make on-ground decisions.Key Responsibilities:Partner Management: Oversee and manage our supply partners in India, ensuring effective day-to-day interactions and addressing any issues that arise. Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive performance and satisfaction.Business Development: Identify and evaluate new supply partners and opportunities. Cultivate and negotiate partnerships that align with FCM\'s goals and deliver optimal results for our end customers.Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams (Operations, KAM, MICE, Finance, MIS, Legal) to align partner needs with company objectives. Provide insights and updates on partner performance, market trends, and industry developments.Strategic Planning: Partner with the Vice President, Supply - Commercial Strategy to develop and execute business strategies aimed at achieving both short-term and long-term goals.Performance Monitoring: Oversee partner performance, including commercial negotiations, operational efficiency, pricing, and availability. Ensure that partners meet or exceed performance expectations.Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain positive and trust-based relationships with suppliers and key business partners. Communicate effectively and manage any difficult conversations or negotiations.Market Analysis: Analyze the corporate travel ecosystem, competitive landscape, and market requirements. Identify trends and opportunities to optimize products and features.Innovation: Develop and implement innovative solutions to address complex problems. Collaborate with global teams to drive strategic initiatives and business improvements.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 8 years in the travel industry, with comprehensive experience in product knowledge, operations, and commercial negotiations. Specific experience in the flights industry, including relationship management, supply, and distribution, is highly desirable.Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform and influence decision-making. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach to problem-solving.Competencies: Proven track record of developing strategic initiatives and executing end-to-end business plans.
