Here, you'll do more than join something - you'll add something. The Environment and Supply Chain Innovation (ESCI) group at Apple is seeking a Manager within the Supply Chain Programs team. The team supports the development and delivery of program initiatives around education in support of supplier employees working in Apple's supply chain. The Manager will also support scaling initiatives in Water, Energy and other topical areas with our supply chain partners.. The ideal candidate has experience in directly managing personnel, and has experience supporting functional areas across labor, environment, health & safety (EHS) and related sustainability initiatives with leadership teams and decision makers.Description- Design new learning programs which are needs-based, scalable and cost effective. - Develop curriculums, tools and resources together with program partners and suppliers. - Source new program partners or vendors to support program development and/or implementation. - Apply appropriate implementation tactics to ensure program scalability across suppliers and supplier employees. - Engage suppliers to the program and manage supplier performance. - Manage vendor contributions to the program. - Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships. - Resolve issues during program implementation and initiate actions. - Manage budget, monitor cost against deliverables. - Ensure both quantitive and qualitative outcome of the program. - Report progress of the program at regular basis. Produce accurate and timely report of program status throughout its life cycle. - Organize and host meetings/supplier forums/trainings with different parties. - Manage multiple programs at the same time.Minimum Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in running supply chain programs with a focus on social, environmental, health and safety areas
• General knowledge of climate change trends and sustainability concepts (energy, water, waste)
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (10% time)
• Bachelors degree in a related field

• Experience directly managing cross-functional teams and personnel
• Relentless passion and enthusiasm for empowering workers' and suppliers' development objectives
• Ability to influence and communicate with external audiences
• Comfortable with supporting a variety of topical areas across social and environmental areas
• Experience managing departmental budgets and third party vendors or contractors
• Exceptional attention to detail, quickly adapts to changing circumstances and stakeholder needs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with external stakeholders across India (ex: educational institutions, environmental organizations)
