This position is a managerial role and part of the Drives India Sales and Marketing team, responsible to drive the Market Intelligence, Strategy Development, Business Development , Integration, Implementation, Information and Alignment in Danfoss Power Electronics and Drives Segment. The ideal candidate is an independentindividual with a strong entrepreneurial drive who can set the strategy and coach our business oncustomer needs and delivery of the value propositions for a strong differentiation in offerings. Job Responsibilities The key responsibilities would include, but are not limited to, the following: Developing the Business Segment Strategy Driving and Monitoring the Strategic Initiatives and Execution plans Providing the Business Intelligence on Market, Macro Economic Factors, Competitor Benchmarking and Market Segments Developing Management Information dashboards and providing regular and timely information to the Management Launch owner of New Products to be launched in the region Collaborating with Asia Pacific Business excellence to drive efficiency projects like Lead Generation, Opportunity Management, New CRM roll out etc. Drive Process Improvement in Customer Loyalty Index Net Price Development Business Development Build a roadmap & enable Consultant engagement in Heavy Industry, Chemical & Water segments To enhance Opportunity pipeline & Ability to Win Develop business plan to increase Danfoss SOW in Top 20 Strategic customers within Heavy Industry, and Core segments and enable with Sales teams Enabler for Business Accelerator Group in Hotspots. We are looking for candidates with the following background: . 7-9 Years\' experience in Strategy and Business Development in a fast-paced company. . The candidate should have good conceptual knowledge about Strategy, know how to convertan idea into a Customer Benefit and further develop into a compelling Value Proposition. . Experience in finding new business opportunities in competitive/new markets. . MBA with engineering is preferred. The candidate is expected to possess the following experience: . The candidate is expected to work in a fast-paced, complex, dynamic business environment. . The position would call for a creative mindset and innovative thinking. This highly visible position requires an individual with outstanding oral and written communication skills and the ability to work in a matrix organization.
