Job Summary : We are actively seeking an enthusiastic and goal-driven individual to fill the position of Manager - Strategic Partnerships. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that align with our organization\'s vision and objectives. This role involves comprehensive market research, negotiation, and relationship building to drive business growth through collaborative initiatives in the industrial sectors like - HVAC Filtration, Fungicidal, Larvicidal and Thermal Management Solutions. Key Responsibilities : Partnership Development: Identify and assess potential strategic partners that align with our organizational goals. Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends. Develop and execute a robust partnership strategy to elevate our market position. Negotiation and Agreement: Lead negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements. Collaborate with legal and relevant departments to ensure compliance with company policies. Define and document partnership terms, ensuring clarity on roles and expectations. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners. Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing concerns and ensuring successful collaboration. Regularly evaluate partnership performance and identify improvement opportunities. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and finance. Effectively communicate across departments to align stakeholders with partnership goals. Performance Measurement and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic partnerships. Provide regular updates and reports to the leadership team on partnership performance. Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with partnerships and implement risk mitigation strategies. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master\'s degree is a plus. Proven experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships, preferably in industries like HVAC, Anti-Microbial Coatings or Thermal Management Solutions. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to articulate the value of partnerships. Familiarity with legal aspects of partnership agreements. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving targets. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
