Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for end-to-end hiring, screening, scheduling, interviewing, negotiating, and follow through until the candidate joins.
Understand the Talent Pool available and work closely with line managers across multiple business/ functions for an end-to-end recruitment plan, delivery.
Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition, required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants from the Hiring Manager.
Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources.
Know networking online and offline with potential candidates to promote the employer brand, reduce time to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Leverage and develop vendor partners, social media platforms and job boards channels.
Understand the industry and environment the business operates in.
Build a strong talent pipeline.
Responsible for presenting weekly/monthly HR dashboards related to hiring and other ad hoc requests.
Desired Skills:
Sound knowledge of sourcing tools and technologies including social media platforms
Experience of working in a fast-moving environment with a strong focus on delivery
Hands-on knowledge of HR processes and recruitments to have an efficient recruitment system.
Strong influencing skills and an ability to operate at a higher level.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge thinking and influence change.
Self-driven, result-oriented, structured, collaborative approach, ability to work across organizational lines.
Desired Profile:
Graduate / Postgraduate.
With at least 7-9 years of work experience in talent acquisition or broad human resource experience.
