#### Role and Responsibilities


• Support Business Aviation operations specific to procurement and logistics activities for customers/ operators.
• Manage Part clearance - including responding to queries from Customs, and handling Freight Forwarders etc.
• Handle major projects inclusive but not limited to Avionics Modifications, Aircraft painting, Landing Gear, and Propeller overhaul etc.
• Coordinate with technical and maintenance teams to ensure return of core units, indents raised by Planning, alternate parts nos. if applicable, major checks etc.
• Boost the sale of aircraft parts, by developing and implement strategies including establishing an industry network.
• Track market trends including competitive activity and industry regulations.
• Adept in using portals of various Business Aviation OEMs (Textron, Embraer, Gulfstream, Honeywell, Williams etc.).
• Prepare and share part sales proposals and contracts with internal Sales & Commercial teams.
• Maintain accurate record of sales, contracts, and required customer information.
• Offer post-sales support and handle customer complaints and concerns.

#### Qualifications


• Graduate in Engineering (any stream)/ Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering
• Minimum experience of 7-10 years in Supply Chain, esp. in Technical Procurement, with knowledge of logistics, Customs, and relevant taxation rules/ policies.
• Experienced in working with ERP packages and conversant with aircraft documents such as IPC, AMM, MOD, APM, CMM.


Graduate/ Diploma holders having Postgraduation in Supply Chain management will be preferred.

• Advance Excel with expert skills in Pivot, Vlookup.
• Presentation skills with PPT preparation and data collation expertise.
• Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Committed, result oriented, with attention to detail.
