  • Must be from the general insurance sector preferably from some broking house.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Design and implement strategies to improve client retention rates, including analysing client feedback and market trends.
  • Identify at-risk clients and develop proactive plans to address potential retention challenges.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of client servicing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training to enhance team capabilities.
  • Oversee the administration of client policies, including renewals, endorsements, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional insurance products and services to existing clients, enhancing their coverage and the company's revenue.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop customized offerings that meet client needs.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction, retention metrics, and service performance to senior management.
Qualification and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., Chartered Insurance Broker) are advantageous.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in client servicing or retention roles within the insurance broking industry.
  • Proficient in insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred
