Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Design and implement strategies to improve client retention rates, including analysing client feedback and market trends.
Identify at-risk clients and develop proactive plans to address potential retention challenges.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of client servicing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training to enhance team capabilities.
Oversee the administration of client policies, including renewals, endorsements, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities to introduce additional insurance products and services to existing clients, enhancing their coverage and the company's revenue.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop customized offerings that meet client needs.
Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction, retention metrics, and service performance to senior management.
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., Chartered Insurance Broker) are advantageous.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in client servicing or retention roles within the insurance broking industry.
Proficient in insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred
