Our comprehensive service offerings, from discovery through commercial manufacturing, support the creation of life-changing drugs.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented FP&A (Senior) Manager to join our finance team at Polypeptide Group. This position reports to the Head of FP&A and Investor Relations (xe2x80x9cIRxe2x80x9d) and plays a crucial role in driving the financial strategy and decision-making processes within a fast-paced peptide CDMO environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial planning and analysis within a public company environment, specifically within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CDMO sectors, and will be passionate about helping shape the financial future of our rapidly growing business.Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver monthly, bi-annual and annual financial reports, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs), revenue trends, cost structures, and profitability across our global development and manufacturing sites. Provide insightful analyses on actual and forecasted profitability and proactively suggest measures to drive margin optimization.
  • Prepare templates, consolidation tools, and help manage the annual budgeting process, including revenue, costs, and capital expenditures. Consolidate inputs from various functions into Group financials and develop numbers into a concise storyline for presentation to the Board of Directors.
  • Develop and maintain state-of-the-art financial models to support forecasting and scenario planning across our global network.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems (incl. ERP), and tools to ensure effective reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports & analyses for senior management and key stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Masterxe2x80x99s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Financial Analysis, Risk and investment Analysis, Business Analysis, Economic Policy and analysis etc. Certifications in FP & A are preferrable.
  • MBA in Finance is an added advantage.
  • 15+ years of experience in Controlling and/or FP&A, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CDMO sectors.
  • Currently in Manager role with similar profile at least 2 to 3 years.
  • Strong understanding of peptide synthesis, drug development, and the regulatory environment for pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial analysis tools, Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or similar), and business intelligence platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to analyze and interpret financial data in the context of operational performance.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
