1. Candidate will be handling personal Investment, Finance, Banking, Taxation of Promoter of reputed or MD of Pharma Company in Mumbai. 2. You will be responsible effective financial management of companies in various area inducing investment of Vice chairman and MD. 3. Candidate will look after banking in India and outside India. 4. Candidate have to take responsibility of Direct Taxation and Indirect Taxation. 5. Candidate have to interact with financial and Non-Financial terms. 6. Candidate have to interact and Coordinate with Investment Banking & Financial consultant 7. Candidate have to maintenance MIS & data of personal investment and Financial of Vice chairman and Joint MD.
Required Candidate profile
1. Candidate should be B.Com / MBA Finance or Inter CA with 5 to 10 years experience in handling Accounts, finance, Personnel Finance , Banking , Taxation. 2. You should be good MIS reports and Monitoring expenses. 3. You should have knowledge for Finance banking 4. Candidate have look after Banking and effective handling Finance Forex
