Job Purpose - Business Development Role (Space selling) - To optimize the revenue opportunity for SOH(Space on Hire) at the Jio World Plaza. Should be willing and able to take on additional responsibilities as and when needed in Jio World Centre.Key Objectives - Pitch and sell advertising space as per the targets defined. Ensuring maximum inventory utilization, while keeping in mind the right sync fit and affinity of clients for the Luxury Mall.Skills & Competencies - Prospecting skills, Persuasive Skills, Communication Skills, Collaboration skills, Customer Service Competency, Innovative and out of box thinking, Solution mindset.Qualification - Graduation is Mandatory (Any stream). Postgraduate/ business degree would be an added advantage.Experience - Previous experience mandatory of having handled space selling (Minimum 5 years). SOH sale either in a retail space or at a theatre preferred.Needs to have a lifestyle selling background of luxury & premium brands.
