  • Overall, 10+ years of relevant experience in digital product management, Business process engineering & Agile Life Cycle tools
  • Experience in driving organizational change.
  • Strong experience in leading and driving agile tools initiatives and enhancements.
  • Strong experience in working on Atlassian products.
  • Experience on Jira Align and Atlassian marketplace plugins.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in managing the processes for the clients by examining systems, identifying weaknesses, and proposing possible next steps.

  • Proven knowledge and experience of business process focus on designing, enhancing, and developing tools and procedures.

  • Deep financial services industry experience across one or more of the following areas:


  • Investment Banking - M&A, Advisory, Structured Products, Markets across various assets

classes etc. Key Responsibilities:

MUST HAVE
  • Understand client business problems and propose solutions; work with other product teams, analysts, engineers, and creative team members to ideate, build, test and launch new features
  • Advise clients on the best approach to meet technical and/or functional problems with Atlassian systems, and complimentary 3rd party products.
  • Strong understanding of Atlassian products like Jira Software, Jira Align and Agile life cycle tools
  • Design customer workflows, schemes, agile boards, JQL filters, advanced queries, script runner and dashboards as needed for implementation of Atlassian systems.
  • Collaborate with leadership and various stakeholders on providing strategic insight into defining and improving service or solution features.
  • Solve complex business problems to maximize value while balancing technical constraints
  • Act as a change manager, leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a client.
  • Visually communicate business processes using visual tools.
  • Good understanding on risk control & compliance.
  • Mastery in techniques and methodologies that maximize flow of value and are deeply rooted in Agile, Lean, and continuous delivery principles - with a passion to extend that understanding throughout the organization
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban etc
