A successful candidate with well-rounded with management skills, hands-on software development and DevOps skills with a proven track record of delivering SaaS at scale in an Agile environment.

• Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance on technical challenges, career development, and professional growth opportunities.

What You'll Need to be Successful:
Specific Qualifications:• Proven expertise in cloud technologies and methodologies for building SaaS application, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating your ability to apply these in solving complex problems.
• Experience with building and deploying to enterprise production environments APIs.
• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to C# / .NET Core / Java
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and understanding of how to leverage these for scalable, secure, reliable distributed systems with complex workflows.
General Qualifications:• Bachelors / Master's degree in Computer Science
• A minimum of total 14 years of experience in 10+ years of hands-on experience in application development with one or more technologies C# /.NET Core/ Java and at least 2 years in a leadership or management position, overseeing technical teams.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent project management skills, with experience in agile methodologies and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex technical concepts and challenges into clear strategic plans and actionable solutions.
