The key responsibilities of this role is to ensure our spaces are clean, welcoming, and operationally efficient. This role operates within the vibrant WeWork coworking ecosystem, where excellence in housekeeping and member satisfaction are critical. The Soft Services Manager will have a direct impact on member satisfaction by maintaining high cleanliness standards and ensuring a comfortable environment. Collaboration with various teams such as facilities, customer experience, and maintenance is essential to meet these objectives. The incumbent will work closely with these teams to align on service standards, address member feedback, and optimize housekeeping processes. Roles and Responsibilities Team leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 15 members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork Housekeeping management: Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring spaces are clean, organized, and welcoming for members and guests Quality assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to meet or exceed cleanliness standards Inventory management: Manage housekeeping supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient utilization Vendor relations: Collaborate with external vendors for specialized cleaning services and maintain strong vendor relationships Budget oversight: Assist in budget planning and manage housekeeping expenses efficiently Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and compliance with company policies Member engagement: Address member feedback and requests promptly, striving for exceptional member satisfaction Process improvement: Continuously identifies opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization Quarterly quality audit & training to ops lead: Do building walkthrough and identify gaps and score accordingly basis parameters Consistently maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards above customer expectations Efficiently manage housekeeping operations within the allocated budget.
