This role is vital in enhancing our understanding of market dynamics, patient needs, and competitive activities, thereby informing strategic decisions. Provide social media listening support to Novartis internal customers (CPOs & Regional marketing and sales teams) on various medium-high complexity analytical reports. Support and facilitate data enabled decision making for Novartis internal customers by providing and communicating qualitative and quantitative analytics.
