Role Purpose:


This role will be handling of escalated Local calls and solution National Accounts (UP+UK)

Role Responsibilities:

• Service Manager - National Accounts (UP+UK)
• Customer and Channel Management
• Account Reconciliation
• Handling of escalated local account calls and solution
• Calls management till customer satisfaction
• Revenue management with external and internal customer
• Channel network expansion
• HVAC Technical capability
• Proficiency in mails, Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
• Excellent Communication skills n preventability.
• Experience -7-10 years
• Manage Channel and customer network
