Basic Information Location Mumbai/Bangalore Shift timings : Any 0945 hr Weeks Offs : Sat Sun Pickup Boundaries : As per TCS policy Qualification: Graduate BE BTech MBA with LSS BB Certification Job Requirement 12-15 Years\' experience in process improvement function Good understanding of the BFSI domain along with skills to enhance the process performance Strong written and verbal communication skills with good presentation skills Hands on EE implementation knowledge on RPA and Digital technologies Should have good understanding of Lean Six Sigma concepts Hands on knowledge of Minitab or Python software Intermediate expertise in MS office tools Identify process improvement opportunities develop plan to execute Lean Six Sigma projects in consultation with Delivery Leads Work with Delivery Leads to quantify gains conduct feasibility studies assist business case preparation and support deployment of Automation opportunities. Program management of high impact organization wide program for TCS and for Clients Support in new process Transition and ensure timely deliverables as per Transition plan. Participate in Consulting and Due diligence projects as per opportunity. Facilitate Agile Way of Working Culture within Delivery Organisation Create re-useable Assets in form of Case Studies and deploy Knowledge Management practices.
