JOB DESCRIPTION Manager/ Section Manager, Human Resources, you will: Develop an effective sourcing strategy and deploy to ensure efficient recruitment delivery and attraction strategies to reduce time to hire. Design, plan and execute employment branding initiatives and ensure positive candidate experience. Support in organizational strategic planning and provide leadership for the performance management and merit increase process. Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent. Translate needs coming in from capability enhancement perspective into learning interventions. Research, develop, recommend, and execute creative strategies to foster the organizations diversity goals. Measure, track and analyze DE&I performance and communicate outcomes. Responsible for driving Employee Engagement as per the Monthly Engagement Calendar Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of all reports as per pre- defined timelines. Required education, experience, and skills: Master\'s degree in human resources or related field Minimum 8 years of experience required in HR operations and as corporate HR. Good teammate with outstanding written & verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
