Job Description


Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Inventory management for Direct parts.Annual wall to wall inventory to be conducted of plant level, Detail analysis of inventory variation, carry out perpetual inventory as per plan and do the gap analysis. PBOM Audits, Monitoring, weekly and monthly report on inventory. Monthly reconciliation of subcontracting supplier, ware house handling of direct and indirect parts, Material receiving, holding in store, issuance to production team, FIFO, Shelf life, EN changes implementation. Lead MLL productivity improvement & MLL KPI review . Manpower handling - Should be able to handle TL and associates. He should extends end-to-end responsibility within the firm. Effective organized and good coordinator between department. VMI implementation & Crossdock triggers. PFEP for each parts & 5s of stores Preferred Industries Automobile Education Qualification Diploma in Engineering Graduate Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Graduate in Science General Experience 8-12 Years Critical Experience
