The Supply Chain Compliance function monitors Collins operations to ensure compliance with Collins supply chain policies and procedures, legal and industry standards to support efficient and compliant operations across the purchasing and supply chain operations. The Manager supports the capacity-building of Collins SCM staff by training and provides technical expertise to SCM staff. The Manager offers guidance and assistance, performs routine spot check of documentation against established procedures, provides routine compliance support and assembles FAQs, general compliance documents and develops tools and templates to promote consistency and efficiency of operations.Job Title:Manager - SCM GovernanceJob responsibilities:Routinely Monitors implementation of COLLINS Internal Audit and external audit recommendations.Offer guidance in development, implementation and management of supply chain and purchasing procedures that support COLLINSs mission and are in line with industry best practices.Lead development of internal compliance systemsSupport the development of templates and other tools that support compliant purchasing and supply chain actions.Monitor standards that ensure that all records and documents are maintained according to supply chain best practices and COLLINS policies.Participate in the development and implementation of systems that result in improved operational efficiency and reduced organizational risk.Contribute to supply chain planning.Tests incoming requests for a demonstrated understanding of the need to identify gaps, training opportunities, new documentation and process improvements)Conduct routine spots checks on procurement files to document ongoing operational quality, collects statistics for the department and submit quarterly reports on risks and recommendationsFollow up on reviews to verify that corrective actions have been implemented.Assist in training of staff on COLLINS policies and procedures.Coordinate information related to audits.Remain informed of regulations and policies of COLLINS, Local and international trade.Work closely with Finance , Global trade, Quality and SAP teams.Drive automated SAP controls as solutions and permanent fixes.Work closely with Trade Compliance and provide guidance and support to the Program(s) related to correct document markings (i.e. Export Controlled, Proprietary Information, ITAR, EAR, etc.)Able to work directly with Technical Team(s) to identify processes, requirements, Statement of Work improvements and propose changes, to include risk mitigation strategies with possible cost savings/avoidance.Qualifications:Bachelors degree Business, Finance, Accounting, Law or related area.10+ years of work experience as a technical advisor, consultant, program manager or similar role or Graduate degree in relevant discipline and work experience as a technical advisor, consultant, program manager or similar roleMinimum 10+ years professional supply chain experience working in a developing country.Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, with strong analytical/problem solving capabilities.Ability to gather, analyze and evaluate facts and to prepare concise oral and written reports.Knowledge of purchasing and supply chain best practicesFluency in English is required.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documentsAbility to respond effectively to inquiries and issuesAbility to generate and present effective oral and written presentations on complex subjectsAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
