ROLE SUMMARY

• Independently analyze new electronic invoice legal and business requirements, design solutions and make necessary SAP configurations in SAP SD/Intercompany area to support the new e-invoice solution implementation or subsequent enhancements.
• Lead e-invoice implementation projects from start to finish, acting as SAP SD subject matter expert and collaborating with contractor resources from e-invoice vendors, internal business stakeholders, middleware team, SAP security team and SAP ABAP team.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrate a broad understanding of SAP SD process knowledge to evaluate the changes required in SD area to support e-invoice projects.
• Collaborate with business users to understand legal/business requirements, provide cost estimates, select appropriate e-invoice solutions, and design SAP interfaces to meet business requirements.
• Configure SAP SD system to achieve the desired results and perform testing as needed.
• Design enhancements to SAP standard solution or new custom solution, prepare design document, write functional specifications, and collaborate with SAP developers to implement the solution.
• Develop strong relationships at all levels of the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders with different cultural backgrounds and in different geographical regions.
• Lead a team of consultants and collaborate closely with regional and global Digital teams to deliver solutions on time and on budget.

QualificationsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP configurations in SAP SD module.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing e-invoice solutions (either SAP\xe2\x80\x99s solution or 3rd party e-invoice solution integrating with SAP).
• Ability to define and understand business requirements, design SAP solutions, and configure the system to meet legal and business requirements.
• Ability to work with middleware team or ABAP/web developers to design, develop, and test interfaces or system enhancements.
• High degree of business acumen and deep process knowledge in customer service, order management, and intercompany supply chain.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Extensive integration experience with other SAP functional modules as well as other edge systems.
• Previous consulting experience of at least 3-4 full life cycle projects implementing SAP SD solution.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution module, SAP Materials Management, or SAP Logistics Execution.
• Familiar with common middleware technologies, IDOC, SFTP, API, etc.
• Basic understanding of SAP table structures and table relationships.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office tools.
• Working as part of a team on major, complex business change / IT programs.
• Show ability to lead, build teams, and manage and/or coordinate complex activities across multiple teams.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycles.
• Experience in GxP requirements desirable.

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to have flexible work schedule and be able to support projects in different time zones.
• Occasional additional hours in the evening or weekends as necessitated based on workload, project timelines, or meetings with global vendors and peers.
• Limited International travel up to 10%.
