Job Description
:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth in the respective vertical- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers in the assigned territory - Build and maintain relationships with existing key customers - Monitor market trends and competitor activities for strategic decision-making- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance and pipeline- Collaborate with other departments, including accounts and logistics, to ensure smooth execution Qualifications :- Masters in Business Administration - Marketing, or related field- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the sports surfaces/ flooring industry/Paint industry/Ply or Wood Sales)- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth- Willingness to travel as needed- Age below 35 years (ref:updazz.com)
