Sales Leadership & Team Management- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, including Closers and Account Managers.- Set clear performance metrics and KPIs, monitor progress, and provide continuous coaching to improve team performance.- Foster a collaborative, goal-oriented culture to drive results and align with the company's vision.2. Sales Strategy & Execution- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for SaaS products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and markets for growth.- Drive sales operations with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making.3. Startup & SaaS Expertise- Leverage experience in startup environments to build scalable sales processes and frameworks.- Utilize industry knowledge to position Sysfloo.ai and Sysfloo.com as leaders in the SaaS space.Qualifications:- Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience, with at least 2 years in a startup or SaaS environment.- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
