Job Description

: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Manager of Sales for our real estate business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales, managing a sales team, and achieving targets in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high performance.
• Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions.
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to coordinate sales activities and enhance customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and partners to drive business growth.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitors, and industry developments to stay competitive.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the sales team to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Real estate license preferred.
• Proven experience in real estate sales with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategic plans.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
