Looking for Dynamic, Presentable and Hungry for Sales - Sales Managers (Real Estate)For Various Locations Across MumbaiSalary: Max 8 LPA basis last drawn (Open for Slight Negotiation for the right candidate)Day Shift: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m with 1 weekoff rotational during the weekday : The role is to enact a key role & be part of a dynamic sales team of the company & drives business through various activities across the sales spectrum.Role description :- To drive sales through various marketing initiatives.- Drive the channel partners assigned to achieve the sales target.- Ensure smooth registration, training, certification & commission disbursal for channel partners- Ensure more revenues from performing category & motivate the non-performing ones- Develop a healthy investor data base through channel partners- Ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners- Tap potential markets for direct clients across India and abroad.- Define strategies for sale of all properties.- Responsible for handling direct enquiries from advertising & hoardings.- Making sales presentations to key decision makers effectively selling the capabilities & service offerings of the property.- Responsible for handling Prospective Clients/ Corporate houses/MNCs Negotiating & Finalizing of sales transactions with interested clientele.- Managing extensive client relation exercises, liaison deals between the organization and clients, while cultivating networks to ensure consistent business leads, and repeat business.- Required to be constantly updated with the real estate market, gather market Intelligence- Responsible for achieving targets set by the organization.Desired profile :- Confident & articulate individual with pleasant personality.- Should have good understanding on the consumer behaviour.- Should be passionate towards sales (ref:updazz.com)
