ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Purpose/Objective The purpose of this role to present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to new prospective customers.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve End customer target for Terminal which includes target number.
- Align and drive End customer strategy for DP World portfolio for CCT.
- Progressively revisit supply chain requirements for end customers & provide them integrated supply chain solution.
- To be a key player to gather Customer Intelligence and co-ordinate with manager to develop customer specific solutions
- Prepare regular management reports for end customer volume & revenue forecast.
- Effective co-ordination with customers for credit and collections as per agreed terms.
- Manage internal & external stakeholders' relation.
- Assistance in arranging trade gathering/function.
Skills and Competencies
- Good knowledge about EXIM products & services. Prior experience in End to End Logistics Sales for direct customers.
- Educational Qualification (min)
- Preferred Certifications if any
- Range/ Min no of years - of overall Experience required
- Min no of years of Industry specific experience required, if any & the industry type
