We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, setting up initial meetings with prospects, and driving the sales process forward. Key Responsibilities:- Actively hunt for new business opportunities by identifying and researching potential clients.- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold-calling, referrals, and online research.- Set up meetings with prospective clients to present our products and services.- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and address client inquiries to move the sales process forward.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.- Work closely with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and meet revenue targets.- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in CRM software.Requirements:- Minimum of 8-10 years in sales, with proven experience in a role focused on new business development and client acquisition. Experience in a similar industry will be an advantage.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Familiarity with CRM software for tracking leads and managing client relationships.
