We are searching for a talented and motivated Sales Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing our sales processes, leveraging technology to drive efficiency, and providing insightful data analysis to support sales growth. You will be a strategic partner to the sales leadership team, and a champion for continuous improvement within the sales organization.Responsibilities:Generate insightful reports and dashboards to track sales performance and identify trendsCollaborate with Sales/Business leadership & Marketing teams to develop and execute effective trade incentive schemesOversee the sales funnel and identify opportunities for improvementStreamline and optimize the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectivenessManage and implement sales automation tools and reporting systemsEnsure data accuracy and integrity within the various databasesCollaborate with sales leadership to set goals and develop strategies for achieving themWork cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure alignmentStay up-to-date on industry and competitor trends and best practices in sales operationsTrain and coach the sales team on processes and toolsQualifications:8+ years of experience in sales operations or a related fieldProven track record of success in optimizing sales processes and driving growth.Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce/C4C) and sales automation toolsGoodyear is one of the world\'s largest tire companies.
