Job Description

Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Sales
Operations team, including order processing, logistics coordination, and
customer service, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in meeting customer
expectations and sales targets. Continuous process reviews to drive efficiency,
cost savings and audit compliance.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as

production, quality, logistics and finance, resolve issues, and ensure alignment
across functions to support export sales objectives.

• Demand/Supply Analysis and Planning: In collaboration with Sales and

Supply Chain, conduct analysis with customer and market ordering patterns to
drive optimal operational efficiencies and customer experience. Proactively plan
and schedule supply to meet demand so customer orders are met on time and in
full.

• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with export

regulations, trade laws, and internal policies, while also mitigating risks
associated with international trade, such as currency fluctuations, political
instability, and regulatory changes.

• Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong

relationships with key customers and partners, addressing their needs and
concerns, and identifying opportunities for collaboration and expansion.

• Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the Sales

Operations team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering a
culture of collaboration and excellence.

• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports and analyses on

sales performance, market trends, and operational metrics to seniormanagement, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-
making.
