Job Description
:We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager with experience in healthcare, preferably as a Medical Representative or Healthcare Sales Professional.- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to exceed targets.- Build strong relationships with senior communities, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.- Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns.- Organize events, workshops, and community outreach programs to promote our services.- Collaborate with senior management on growth strategies.Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:- Client acquisition and retention.- Meet and exceed sales targets.- Conduct field visits and establish partnerships with healthcare providers.Marketing Responsibilities:- Develop and manage marketing campaigns.- Enhance brand visibility through online and offline channels.- Plan and execute events such as health camps and seminars.Strategic Leadership:- Collaborate on sales and marketing strategies.- Build partnerships with insurance companies and other key stakeholders.Requirements:- Proven experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales.- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.- Knowledge of the Navi Mumbai and Thane markets is a plus.Preferred Candidates: Navi Mumbai or Thane residents.Contact: Recruiting Bond HR team (ref:updazz.com)
