Sales & Marketing - Domestic

Grade : Tier 1


BU : L&T Rubber Processing Machinery (LTRPM)


Experience : 7 yrs. - 15 yrs.

Behavioural Competencies : Ability to learn, Negotiation Skills, Team Work, Customer Focus, Decision Making, Abide by policies and framework.


Ability to influence the customer, Ability to travel to Customer, Working with domestic Customers, Internal Coordination.

Areas of Exposure: Understanding of engineering drawings and customer requirements, Understanding of sales and marketing


Purpose of Position: Sales and Marketing of Products, Parts, Generation of Enquiry.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:


Primary


Business development of Products, Parts, Attending the customer grievances and initiate internal Actions.


Product Presentation, Marketing intelligence collection, Contract Review, Promotional Activities


Working on Budgeting, MIS Data, Reviewing the process as per internal controls and policies


Understanding Marketing, Coordinate with internal team to offer suitable products to customer.


Ensuring sales as per budget, Payment Collection, right pricing from customer, Networking for business insights.


Secondary:


Improvement initiatives, Branding, Expo Handling, Digital enhancement on processess
