Job Brief :We are currently hiring a Marketing Manager to lead our Sales function with the purpose of the company\'s strategic goalsRole and Responsibilities :- Reporting to the Core team, you will lead a team of sales professionals to meet the company\'s customer acquisition & growth objectives. You will be responsible for:- Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets- Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals.- Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.- Organising appointments and meetings with community Labs, Doctors & healthcare centers.- Identifying and establishing new business.- Lead generation, doctor meetings, business development & negotiating contract.- Meeting both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals.- Maintaining detailed records.- Reviewing sales performance- Good Communication Skills Intellectual Skills Team Management- Can write emails independently, can do voice communication in English Experience 3-10 Years (ref:updazz.com)
