Job Description


1. Sales Strategy and Execution:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.- Set and monitor sales goals for the team and individual sales representatives.- Ensure effective execution of sales plans and promotional activities.2. Team Management:- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives.- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to the sales team.- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.3. Customer Relationship Management:- Build strong relationships with key customers, including distributors, retailers, and on-premises accounts.- Identify and develop new business opportunities.- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.4. Distribution and Merchandising:- Manage distributor relationships and ensure effective distribution of products.- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability.- Ensure effective merchandising and point-of-sale execution in retail and on-premises accounts.- Work with marketing to properly execute brand strategies at retail.5. Market Analysis and Reporting:- Conduct regular market analysis to identify competitor activities and market trends.- Prepared and presented sales reports and forecasts to senior management.- Monitor and report sales performance, market share, and key performance indicators (KPIs).- Manage budgets and expenses.6. Compliance:- Ensure all sales activities comply with local, state, and federal alcohol regulations.JOB REQUIREMENTS :QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's/master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in sales management within the liquor industry.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
