The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly persuasive, and able to work well in a team environment.Key Responsibilities :- Generate leads through both in-person visits and virtual meetings- Pitch the Robotics Lab product to schools and explain its benefits to decision-makers- Build and maintain relationships with school decision-makers- Provide demonstrations of the Robotics Lab product to interested schools- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new pitches and strategies to improve conversion rates- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and outcomes in our CRM system- Follow up with schools to ensure that they have all the information they need to make a decision- Sales and Marketing experience- Team management and leadership skills- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines- Experience in the education industry is a plus- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related fieldQualifications :- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Highly persuasive with the ability to influence decision-makers- Ability to work well in a team environment- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Proficient in using a CRM system to manage leads and customer information- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets- Comfortable working with numbers and analyzing data to measure performance.
