Manager Sales

Role & Responsibilities:

Sales Manager your primary responsibilities include:

1.Developing and implementing innovative sales strategies to promote and sell high cost luxury apartments.

2.Cultivating relationships with potential buyers, investors by utilizing your extensive network and industry connections. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

3.Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

4.Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts, strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis and sales performance metrics to the Senior management team.

5.Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

6.Conducting personalized property presentations and consultations, highlighting the lifestyle and investment opportunities offered by the projects.

7.Leading negotiations with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and closing deals effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.

8.Managing the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and qualification to documentation and after-sales support.

9.Collaborating with marketing teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional media, events, and partnerships.

10.Staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, and adapting sales strategies accordingly.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications, skills, and attributes:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

2. Proven track record of successful Sales experience of minimum 10 yrs , preferably in the real estate industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.

3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts effectively to diverse audiences.

4. Visionary mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for identifying market opportunities.

5. Result-driven attitude with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in competitive environments.

6. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards common goals.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and other sales and marketing tools.

8. Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to take initiative and drive innovation in sales strategies and tactics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
