This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company at the forefront of HR technology innovation.Responsibilities :- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the MSME segment.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective client organizations.- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients\' HR challenges and objectives, and effectively articulate how Emgage solutions can address their needs.- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, promotional materials, and sales collateral to support sales initiatives.- Drive the entire sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to continuously refine sales strategies and messaging.- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.Qualifications :- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven track record of success in sales roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in selling services, preferably within the HR technology or SaaS industry.- Strong understanding of the MSME market dynamics and the challenges faced by small to medium-sized businesses in managing their HR functions.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.- Willingness to travel as needed.
