Master\'s degree preferred.- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the healthcare industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Strong understanding of diabetes care and management, including knowledge of diagnostic procedures, treatment options, and patient support services.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans to drive business growth.- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and delivering value to customers.- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.- Willingness to travel as needed.
