Position: Gold Loan ManagerBudget: 3 LPA to 4.2 LPAON FIELD JOBResponsibilities:- Sourcing/Acquisition of Gold loan Customers at Customer Doorsteps- Deliver Monthly targets by meeting and converting assigned leads- Appraising the Gold Ornaments & verify KYC at Customers doorstep- Travel within assigned territory/area for disbursing loans as per the process.- Generating leads through existing Customers/databases.- Responsible for Productivity and Revenue GenerationMandatory requirement- Two wheeler, local candidate and knows Gold AppraisingWhat we\'re looking for:1. Graduate with Min of 1-year Gold Valuation/Gold Sales experience in any Gold Loans Firm.2. Good Sales Skill3. Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory/cluster4.
