Job Description
Only Male Candidate Age 22 - 35 yrsMust have 1 year experience as Gold Auditor / Gold Appraiser. Candidates are preferred from Gold Loan providers companies like Muthoot Finance, Muthoot Fincorp, Manappuram, IIFL, FedFina, IDSE etc- Travel from Rupeek location to customer\'s home or work place for the loan process- Introduce and explain Rupeek policies and process to the customer and answer any questions or concerns from the customer- Complete the KYC process as per Bank requirements- Appraise the gold ornaments accurately using touchstone, acid and salt water- Handle gold ornaments carefully- Pack the ornaments in secure storage pouches- Communicate the eligible loan amount to the customer- Execute the pledge card/loan agreement with the customer- Ensure customer has received the loan amount transferred- Return to Rupeek location and handover the secure storage pouches and loan documents for storage (ref:updazz.com)
